Detailed description:
Embossing is a metal forming process for producing raised or sunken designs or relief in sheet material by means of matched male and female roller dies, theoretically with no change in metal thickness.
The illustration shows the metal sheet entering the roller, and then the embossed sheet leaving toward the drawing rollers.

The product process
A. GRINDING

D. ETCHING
Etching is corrode different kinds of patterns on stainless steel surfaces by
chemical methods.
E. EMBOSSING
It is physical rolling on the stainless steel surface, pattern comes from metal

Packing
Waterproof wrapping and wood board encase all the pack of the sheets, with metal edge protection for all top edges. The strap aligned from bottom bearer to the top, with edge protection on all top corners that meets the sheets
